1. Information we receive

We receive account details from Clerk, such as your email address and user identifier. We also receive the media, captions, post settings, connected-account selections, schedules, and other workspace information you choose to provide.

We may receive basic technical information such as browser details, approximate timestamps, error information, and product usage events. PostHog may process product analytics when analytics is enabled for the deployment.

2. How we use information

We use information to authenticate you, operate your workspace, process and deliver content, maintain security, troubleshoot failures, improve Meadow, and respond to support requests. We use connected-account credentials only to provide the actions you authorize.

3. When information is shared

We share information with service providers that help operate Meadow, such as authentication, payment processing through Stripe, hosting, analytics, media-processing, and infrastructure providers. We send content to a connected platform only when you request an action that requires it. We may also disclose information when required by law or when needed to protect the service and its users.

4. Storage and retention

Workspace data and generated media are stored for the period needed to provide the service and maintain your workspace. Retention can vary by data type and deployment configuration. Contact us if you need help understanding or deleting information associated with your account.

5. Your choices

You can disconnect supported accounts, remove workspace content, and ask us about access or deletion by contacting hello@findmeadow.com. You can also manage browser storage and analytics controls through your browser and the relevant provider settings.

6. Updates

We may update this policy as Meadow changes. The effective date at the top of this page shows when the current version was published.
